  1. Just wondering how far has your $100k port grown to now? I was thinking about what is a good amount for myself to retire by benchmarking against fellow FI peers.

    1. I don’t think the benchmarking is useful for retirement amount. This is because we have different circumstances.

      What is probably more useful is the approach?

      For me, I do projection of my required expenses till 90, taking into various considerations. Then I project the required return I need to support my expenses so that my money is likely not to run out before I leave this world.

  2. Great achievement. Just a matter of curiosity how long did you take to accumulate the first $ 100,000.00 profit?
