I thought that I could share the big ideas behind the process and decided to make the video. It is not easy to 10x a 5-digit liquid asset but it is definitely doable.

Hi, wonderful video ! Can you provide some annualized returns or are you saying that you turned 50k to 500k without any new capital injection in 12 years as there was mentioned about saving from jobs etc.
Nope, the 50k to 500k did not come from investing only. It came from working, saving and investing. For investing, the annual return during that period was around 13% but that was my own computation on spreadsheet, so likely to have error.
well – 13 % return is great ! much better than Temasek ! ha ha
cannot compare. the sum they are dealing with is much much larger. a different ball game.
